Network Engineer

Role

• Participate in kick-off meetings with Project Managers, Implementation & Service Delivery staff, sales staff to know the detailed responsibilities in the project and jointly plan the installation of the project.
• Install, configure and support network and security equipment, including Firewall, IPS, routers, switches, and more
• Maintenance and support of all main systems and provide all infrastructure services
• Provide after-sales service to customers in case of problems during product use (Corrective Maintenance) according to SLA.
• Provide service and maintain products to customers as specified in the contract (Preventive Maintenance).
• Provide advice and guidance in technical terms, including helping to solve problems for customers upon request or as appropriate.
• Support other tasks as requested by the Project Manager and Technical Support Manager

Property

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Telecommunications or related fields.
• 1 - 3 years experiences (New graduates are welcome)
• Knowledge in Infrastructure Network, Security, System Basic
• Having certificate such as CCNA Cisco , JNCIA Juniper , ACE Arista, Comptia network+, HCIA, etc. would be an advantage.
• Have a license to drive a car and/or motorcycle.
• Good communication and time management skills.
