1972

Establishment as a Trading Company

Founded Universal Communication Systems Co., Ltd. as an importer and distributor of telecommunication equipment, satellite communication devices, and fax machines for government agencies and private organizations in Thailand.

First introduced Data Communication Systems products from USA to banks and financial institutions to enable Thailand’s first online financial transactions, which later became widely adopted nationwide.

2002

Transition to ICT Era

Expanded into system integration as a contractor for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure for both government and private sectors.

2012

Entry into Public Safety and Homeland Security

Developed and deployed Anti-UAV Systems for unmanned aerial vehicle defense.

Our Successes

Personal data management system according to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA)

The Company has expert teams to provide consultation, design and installation of solutions to support the enforcement of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) by evaluating the capacity and readiness of different systems in the organization, and who prepare the management procedures and the required legal form in the case of personal data infringement, according to the rights of the data subject, in order to be part of the organization or the agency in maintaining the security of the data information system in the future.

Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS)

By upgrading GMDSS from the existing analog system that has been used for more than 30 years to the digital system to be more efficient, and expanding the coastal stations from 3 stations to be 20 stations. This is achieved by working jointly with the national radio frequency agency and upgrading the functions of the communication system in order to notify marine distress and safety. Formerly, from the west coastal area up to the coastal area of the southern region, in all provinces that are along the coast. In addition, the Automatic identification system (AIS) under the specifications of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has been installed in order to increase the ability of communication and frequency signaling to be more precise.

CCTV System

We have the experience and the expert teams in designing and installing the closed-circuit television (CCTV) security system. We can install cameras for more than 3,000 units to monitor and guard against different situations and scenarios by having connections through the internet network system or IP Network system. This enables us to monitor data from different equipment anytime, anywhere, as well as be able to go back and view previously recorded high-resolution data or images. The system also works in tandem with the Software Analytic which can analyze the images that have been recorded and captured by the smart IP Camera.

DC and DR Site Infrastructure Management (DCIM)

Project to increase the efficiency of the management system of the main computer center and the reserved computer center, and the data security system. Modifications of the equipment can increase the work efficiency of the Data Center by enabling it to examine the environmental conditions, such as temperature or humidity, and electrical energy systems. As a result, the organization is able to detect the equipment problems in the Data Center in time. The operation teams of the Company mainly pay attention to providing excellent services that meet all client’s requirements, give clear advice regarding solutions, and implement the system according to the requirements of clients.

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

With the experience and expertise of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) system installation team, the Company has supervised installations of the security systems and data access rights for organizations that require maximum security. We have been successful and trusted by clients to continuously supervise projects throughout the past 12 years. We are one of the pioneering companies that offer the installation of the Privileged Access Management system to the leading organizations in Thailand.
