Role
  • • Collaborate with executives and department heads to analyze and plan annual workforce planning
  • • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and place qualified candidates in positions that maximize value for both employees and the organization
  • • Develop and execute strategies and campaigns to build and promote the employer branding and visibility, positioning the organization as an attractive employer in the talent market.
  • • Oversee salary structure management, including salary adjustments, annual compensation reviews, job structure evaluation, and compensation system optimization to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • • Ensure accurate payroll processing and administration while managing employee benefits aligned with market standards and job responsibilities
  • • Collect and analyze HR data to prepare MIS reports and deliver HR analytics insights to support executive decision-making.
  • • Manage efficient, accurate and systematic onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, ISO 20000-1 standards, policies, and internal control procedures
  • • Perform additional duties, as assigned by the director, in human resources administrations, including staff development programs and employee engagement activities
Property
  • • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field
  • • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management
  • • Proven knowledge and understanding of HRM & HRD best practices
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • • Strong skills in data collection and analysis
  • • Creative thinking in work processes and presentations
  • • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
